The mobile facility is container-based and is easily transported on standard trucks even to remote locations. The establishment requires neither preparation nor handling equipment.
COMPLETE.
The mobile facility contains all parts for completely independent operation. Neither power supply nor infrastructure is required.

COMPREHENSIVE. The facility includes all necessary systems for ammunition and weapon destruction, emission control, power supply, reception inspection, record keeping, fire protection, occupational health and safety, security, maintenance, information management and material handling.
MOBILE. The facility is easily moved between different locations on standard trucks and established for operation in only 1-2 days.
CONSTRUCTION. The facility consists of four 20-foot ISO containers with the following functions: ammunition destruction, weapon destruction,reception inspection and preparation, and operation and maintenance.
CAPACITY. Ammunition destruction: 4.000 rounds 7.62 ammunition or 10 kg TNT NEQ HE ammunition per hour. Weapon destruction: 60 small arms per hour.
OPERATION
The whole facility is easily moved between different locations on standard flat bed trucks. All handling equipment is included and transported inside the containers. In the same way, all necessary equipment for a completely independent operation is included. Upon arrival, the facility is established and made ready for operation in 1-2 days, after which it can be used continuously by a crew of three people.
